Dabba House is operated by APNA STORES TUNSTALL LTD. By using our site, placing an order or joining Kitchen Club, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We sell durable, non-consumable kitchen storage and homeware — empty spice tins, jars, tiffins, serveware, utensils and table linen. We do not sell or ship any food, drink, alcohol, tobacco, spice powder, tea or other consumable. Any food or spices shown in product photography are styling only and are not included with your order. The contents listed for each kit are the empty vessels and tools themselves.

Our kits are for home storage and food preparation use. Food-contact safety, cleaning and safe temperature use are your responsibility, following the care guidance supplied with each kit. Our items contain no electrical components. Kits containing small parts (for example the Kids Lunchbox Set) include small components and should be kept away from children under 3; they are not certified anti-choking toys.

All prices are shown and charged in USD. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; placing an order is an offer we accept when we dispatch. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Kitchen Club is an optional subscription unlocking member pricing and full Kit Builder planning. It is a service subscription only — it is not a stored balance, wallet or credit, and benefits do not roll over between periods. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Kit Builder recommendations are guidance based on your inputs, not a professional design guarantee. Always check each kit’s measurements against your own cabinets and space. See our Kit Builder Guidance.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and Content License. Our brand, images and text remain our property.

The site is intended for adults. Accounts are for users 18 and over; anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian place and consent to any order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for misuse of products contrary to the supplied care guidance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
