Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your kits. This policy covers returns, refunds, damaged or faulty items, and Kitchen Club membership cancellations.
1. Returns window
You can return unused kits in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be complete with all components. Start a return by emailing support@apnstotun.shop with your order reference.
2. Hygiene & used items
For hygiene reasons, kitchenware that has been used or washed may not be returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights: where required by your local consumer law, you retain the right to reject faulty goods.
3. Damaged or faulty in transit
If a kit arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund for the affected item. No consumables are shipped, so any styling items shown in photography are not part of a replacement.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method in USD. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after we confirm it. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
5. Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
6. Kitchen Club membership
You can cancel Kitchen Club at any time; your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not prorated. Because membership grants immediate access to member pricing and planning, fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. Membership benefits are usage-based and do not carry over between periods. See our Terms of Service.
