• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, country.
• Order data: the kits you buy, order value in USD, order history and delivery status.
• Membership data: Kitchen Club plan, billing interval and subscription status.
• Kit Builder inputs: the kitchen preferences you enter to receive recommendations.
• Support data: messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and essential cookie identifiers.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout.

We collect personal data from the following collection sources:

• Directly from you: checkout, contact and custom-order forms, the Kit Builder, and account or membership sign-up.
• Automatically from your device: essential cookies, local storage and server logs when you use the site.
• From our payment processor (Stripe): payment confirmation and fraud-prevention signals — never your full card number.
• From delivery carriers: tracking and delivery-status updates for your order.

• To perform our contract with you: process orders, take payment, arrange delivery, manage returns and run your membership.
• Legitimate interests: prevent fraud, secure our site, improve our kits and Kit Builder, and respond to enquiries.
• Consent: optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies, where used — you can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: keep tax, accounting and consumer-law records.

We share personal data only with processors that help us run the shop, under contract:

• Payments: Stripe (secure checkout, billing and subscriptions).
• Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (form, order and lead storage).
• Delivery & fulfilment: the shipping carriers that deliver your kits, who receive the name and address needed to deliver.
• Email & support: our email provider used to send order confirmations and replies.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some processors may store or process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

Order, tax and accounting records are kept for as long as legally required (generally up to 6 years). Support messages and general lead data are kept for up to 24 months. Kit Builder inputs are cached for up to 30 days and then cleared unless linked to an order.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To exercise any right, email support@apnstotun.shop. We respond within the timeframes required by law.

Order fulfilment: to process and fulfil your order we collect and use your order details, name, email, shipping address, billing address, country and (optionally) phone number. This order fulfilment data lets us take payment, pack and dispatch your kits, and keep you updated.

Delivery & carriers: we share your name, shipping address and contact details with the delivery carrier handling your parcel so it can be delivered and tracked. We use this data for order fulfilment, delivery tracking, and to resolve any delivery issues.

Payment & billing: your billing address and payment status are processed by Stripe for payment, billing and fraud prevention; we never receive or store your full card number.

Returns & support: we use your order and fulfilment data to handle returns, exchanges and refunds, and to provide customer support for your order.

We use essential cookies needed for the cart, checkout and security. Any non-essential analytics run only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for detail and controls.

Kit Builder recommendations are automated suggestions based on your inputs and have no legal or similarly significant effect; a human is always available via support. Our shop is not directed at children: accounts are for users 18 and over, and anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian place and consent to an order.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and vetted processors. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and notify you and regulators of a qualifying breach as required by law.
