Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship durable kitchenware and homeware worldwide. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, costs, tracking and customs.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to a wide range of countries across North America, the UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and selected markets in Asia and the Middle East. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
2. Costs
Shipping is priced in USD. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75; below that, a flat standard rate is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not sell or ship any consumables — only the kitchenware and homeware in your order.
3. Processing & delivery times
- Orders are packed within 1–3 business days.
- UK & domestic: typically 3–6 business days.
- Europe: typically 5–10 business days.
- International: typically 8–18 business days.
Times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with carrier and customs.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with tracking. Because kits are durable homeware, they ship in protective packaging suitable for transit.
5. Duties & taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authority on delivery. These are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility; they are separate from the price and shipping you pay us.
6. Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@apnstotun.shopand we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items where appropriate. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
